You will measure your own body shape and experience exercises using a rubber band. You will also learn about lifestyle habits and the benefits of rubber band exercises. At the end of the class, you will receive a 5-minute treatment by the instructor. Guam Lovers' "Experience Classes on the Southern Island for the Mind and Body" is a small-group workshop where Guam residents and visitors can interact with each other. *Transportation from hotels in the Tumon/Tamuning area to the class can be added as an option.
