Cancellation

When are cancellation fees charged?
Please refer to the "Cancellation Policy" on each activity page. If you have any questions or inquiries, please send us an email or Insta-DM.
I cancelled my order. When will I get my refund?
In case of payment by credit card After your cancellation, as soon as the cancellation fee is confirmed by the host company (usually within 2-3 business days), the amount will be refunded to the credit card you used for payment and you will receive an e-mail informing you of the refund amount. Please check your credit card statement later to confirm the refund amount. Please note that the timing of the refund on your credit card statement will vary depending on your credit card company and the terms of your credit card agreement. Please contact your credit card company if you would like to know the exact date.
I want to cancel my reservation.
We regret to inform you, but please follow the procedure below. After confirming your reservation, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please send us a reply to the reservation confirmation e-mail.
Are there refunds for cancellations due to flight cancellation or transportation delays?
Unfortunately, cancellations due to flight cancellations or transportation delays are also usually subject to cancellation fees in accordance with the cancellation policy. Please check with your insurance company first to see if you are covered by your travel insurance policy. If your insurance does not cover the cancellation fee, please inform the tour operator of your situation and we will do our best to negotiate a cancellation fee. Please send us an email or insta-DM with the flight number and proof of cancellation. Please note that even if you inform us of the above, we cannot guarantee that the cancellation fee will be reduced or waived.

How do I receive my voucher?
Vouchers will be sent via email as soon as payment is received after the reservation is confirmed.

Payment is by credit card only.

Can I pay in cash on site?

Is it possible to pay by participant?
Unfortunately, we are unable to do this as one payment per reservation is required. If you wish to pay for each participant, please apply separately and let us know via email or insta-DM with the respective reservation numbers. We will ask the organizing company to make arrangements for the same group. Please note that only some reservations may be confirmed depending on the reservation status and the timing of your inquiry.
